We designed and built the custom high speed stamping tool per customer's specification, using SKH-9 and DC53 as core diesand fabricated with EDM wire cut, manufacture this copper contact with 25T Taiwan Micron press, we stamped the copper contacts at an rate of 800 strokes per minute, achieve a tight tolerance of 0.02mm. The finished product had a 0.5mm radius and 12mm high, 6mm wide, and .0.6mm thick.
After inspection and testing, every month,we deliver 100,000pcs to our customer in Germany.
