We work with materials as thin as 0.004”, and can keep tolerances within ± 0.001” for assembled features and ± 0.003” for less important features, we take both low and large quantity and will find the best stamping processes for your stamping parts by high speed stamping, progressive die stamping, and provide consistent, uniform parts with perfect quality stability from first article to the end of your parts.
Our Engineers design the toolings with UG, Presscad sofware, All stamping tools and dies are manufactured in-house at Hai Tong. By this way, we can guarantee that every single tools components we’ll use to produce your precision stamping parts matches your design, specifications, lead time for toolings building will be shortened and samples submission will be guaranteed, because there’s no waiting for finished tooling to arrive, our in-house toolmaking capabilities improve turnaround times.
We work with titanium, copper(C1100, C7701, etc), aluminum(6061-T6, 6063-T6, 5052-H36, or 1060, 1050, etc), stainless steel(SUS301, 301 EH, 304,316,etc), iron, 65Mn, SGCC, SPCC, SPHC, and other common metals and alloys for electronics applications; specialty materials from EU can be sourced upon request., we will also work with customer-supplied material.
