Hai Tong designed and manufactured various metal casing made by metal stamping technology with cheap price, high precision and elegant appearance, widely used on LED lighting.

The metal casing used on LED lighting are produced individually using our metal stamping process(compound die stamping) with 0.5mm thick galvanized steel, both base and lid will be TIG welded completely, then, grinded and chamferred to round sides,nuts will be riveted on the base to fasten the PCB board tightly,then powder coated in milk white,abosulately anti-rust during application for 10 years and no color fade, base and lid will be assembled together by snapping with screws, which looks more elegant.The customer saved on stock as we supplied JIT delivery services for the 500,000 pieces ordered. We delivered the metal stamped casings directly to the customer’s location in USA.
