We manufacture various series of metal casing, metal housing, metal case or metal box inhouse for many customers from different countries, most of them are used on LED lighting, industrial control box, power for computer, solar energy, meter,etc, customers like the housing/casing made with sheet metal, metal have good heat resistance and more durability compared to plastic, further, metal can be treated with different surface finish like powder coating, painting, polishing, plating, ecoating, plastic can only be painted or plated and plastic will become fragile after a shot long usage.

This series of metal casing/housing are formed by compound die stamping,TIG welded on four sides,upper and lower casing will be assmebled tightly with snap，no any screws are necessary,which help your assembly more easy and convenient,for big volume,we can make such metal housing/casing with progressive die stamping with high productivity but very low production cost,Powder coating with 80-120micron thick will protect the inside and outside surface from being rusted for at least 5 years for outdoor environment.
