Sheet Metal Stamped Casing
This metal stamping casing consist of lower and upper cover with white and black finish, lower and upper casing will be assembled together with screws from the side slot, all electronics components will be fixed on the upper casing with international standard screws, this set of metal casing can stand high temperature during usage, both are formed by metal stamping processes, the lower casing will be TIG welded on four sides, grinded and then powder coated in white.

The upper casing is made with 6 stamping processes(compound die stamping with deep drawn steel,the center will be deep drawn to 14mm high,the ecoating will be applied to protect the surface from being rusted, lower casing will be formed by die stamping with Galvanized steel(SGCC), then,TIG welding will be performed on four sides because they won't be strong enough and will be opened easiy without welding,grinding(4 times) will be conducted with care, and welding marks at the corner of the side will be removed by grinder, finally, it will be white powder coated.
